1. General guidance, not a fatwa

Our calculators and articles provide general information based on commonly used rules and the references cited. They are not a religious ruling (fatwa) and not financial or legal advice. Rulings can differ between schools of fiqh and depend on personal circumstances. Please consult a qualified local scholar for your own case, and a qualified professional for financial or legal decisions.

2. Accuracy

We work hard to keep calculations and references correct, but we provide the Site "as is" without any warranty. Results depend on the values you enter (for example, gold and silver rates). Hijri dates use the Umm al-Qura calendar and may differ by a day from local moon sighting. Prayer, sehri and iftar times are astronomical calculations and can differ by a few minutes from your local masjid's timetable; follow your masjid for jama'at times.

3. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the Site or reliance on its results.

4. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Site, attempt to disrupt it, or copy its content in bulk for republishing without permission. Short quotes with a link back are welcome.

5. Advertising and third-party links

The Site shows ads from Google AdSense and links to third-party sites such as YouTube. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites.

6. Changes

We may change these terms at any time. Continued use of the Site means you accept the updated terms.
